My Review and Workflow Switch
I remember trying to find a project I did on house and some of the notes needed to get for warranty, trying to find some notes I took during a webcast for spring cleaning financials and unable to locate. How I solved this issue by using a single platform to manage, to-do, notes, reminders and more, below is the blogpost about how I transformed my productivity.
I have used many note-taking apps that are premium in the past and transitioned to Microsoft products in 2024. Having free / paid apps to achieve the goals can be challenging since one need to switch multiple times to finish the task or document a note. In this blogpost I talk about my personal workflow and how I transitioned from multiple apps to single platform that can be in sync with my phone and desktop / laptop.
Note taking and task list — I have tried many apps, apps that I used to create a repository to save my notes from trainings, goals, hobbies, trainings, research, projects, and many more. Some of the apps I tried / used in past are Notion, Obsidian, Evernotes and Google docs. Due to the price changes / limited options, I switched all my workflows to Microsoft products. I documented below how I use Microsoft related apps for my productivity, showing previous → current transition. I used to track all my daily tasks in various apps (mix) google tasks, notion and todoist apps. Which I even transitioned to Microsoft To-Do.
